Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log into your Portronics account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a request within 7 days of delivery.
- 2.Quality Assessment
Our technical support team will contact you within 24-48 hours to perform a remote diagnostic or request photos/videos of the product defect.
- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address; please ensure the product is packed in its original box with all accessories and manuals.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes the physical inspection, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a brand-new replacement.
